NOTICE TO BIDDERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Westerlo
hereby invites sealed bids for the Revision #1 Westerlo Unsafe Building Demolition, and Revision #1 Westerlo Unsafe Building Air Monitoring. Both bids are associated with the demolition of the unsafe residential structure located at 578 NYS Route 143, Westerlo, NY.
Both bids will be received up to 7:00 pm on Thursday, the 28th day of December, 2023. Bids received on time will be publicly opened and read aloud at that time at the Richard Rapp Town Hall building, 933 Country Route 401, Westerlo, New York. Bids shall be addressed to Karla Weaver, Town Clerk, Town of Westerlo, 933 County Route 401, Westerlo, N.Y. 12193. Bids shall be in sealed envelopes which shall bear the name and address of the bidder as well as the name of the solicitation. ORIGINAL AND ONE COPY of each bid shall be submitted in the sealed envelope. The Town Board reserves the right to waive any informalities in or to reject any or all bids.
Bid documents may be obtained at the Westerlo Town Clerk’s Office, 933 County Route 401, Westerlo, N.Y. 12193, on the Town of Westerlo website (townofwesterlony.com), or requested by E-Mail @ Townclerk@townofwesterlony.com
