PUBLIC NOTICE/LEGAL NOTICE

Take notice, the Town of Westerlo Town Board will hold a public hearing on April 16, 2024, at 6 PM at the Richard Rapp Municipal Building (Town Hall) located at 933 County Route 401, Westerlo, NY 12193. The purpose of the public hearing is to discuss proposed Local Law No. 1 of 2024 to change property tax grievance day from the fourth Tuesday in May to the first Wednesday after the fourth Tuesday in May. The proposed Local Law is pursuant to New York State Real Property Tax law section 512.
