Justice Court Office is closed on the following holidays:

If a holiday falls on Saturday, it will be observed on Thursday; if a holiday falls on Sunday, it will be observed on Monday.
The Court has jurisdiction over motor vehicle infractions and misdemeanors occurring in the Town of Westerlo, criminal misdemeanors occurring in the Town of Westerlo, Environmental Conservation infractions and misdemeanors occurring in the Town of Westerlo, small claims actions, landlord/tenant actions, civil actions and local law violations.
Court is closed on all holidays.
Misdemeanor cases are heard the second Wednesday of every month excluding holidays.
Traffic trial night is the fourth Wednesday of every month excluding holidays.
