PUBLIC HEARING/ LEGAL NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, the Town of Westerlo Zoning Board will meet on Monday, April 29, 2024, at 7 pm at the Richard Rapp Municipal Building (Town Hall) located at 933 County Route 401, Westerlo, NY 12193. Please note, this is a change from the regularly scheduled 4th Monday of the month. The purpose of the meeting is to hold three (3) Public Hearings. The first Public Hearing is for a variance V-24-1 (Contreras). The applicant is seeking relief of 38 feet of the required set back of 50 feet as per Zoning Section 8.40 (4)A from the rear property line and north side property line to construct a garage. This is for parcel SBL#127.-2-15, located at 390 County Route 1. The second Public Hearing is for a variance V-24-2 (Moore). The applicant is seeking relief of 35 feet of the required set back of 50 feet of the side yard set back as per Zoning Section 8.40(a) minimum lot standards to construct a detached garage. This is for parcel SBL#174.-2-11.3, located at 743 CR 403. The third Public Hearing is for a variance V-24-3 (Archambeault Trust). The applicant is seeking relief of 30 feet from the required set back of 30 feet in the hamlet zone as per Zoning Section 8.5, minimum lot standards for a garage that has already been constructed and in violation of the Zoning law. This is for parcel SBL# 139.9-1-17, located at 12 Sherman Lane.
