Notice is hereby given that the Town of Westerlo Supervisor has scheduled a Special Town Board meeting on Friday, June 28, 2024, at 6 pm at the Richard Rapp Municipal Building located at 933 County Route 401, Westerlo, NY 12193 for the purpose of entertaining a resolution to adopt Local Law # 3 of 2024 to abolish the Planning Board and transfer its functions to the Zoning Board of Appeals which is to be known as the “Planning Board/Zoning Board of Appeals”. Proposed Local Law # 3 of 2024 can be viewed on the Town website.
