September 2021: Special Town Board Meeting and 4 Public Hearings (continuation)

The Public Hearings are for the purpose of hearing public comments on:

• Proposed Draft Local Law – Repeal and replace Local Law No. 1-2019, Commercial Solar Energy Systems
• Proposed Draft Local Law – Wind Energy Systems
• Proposed Draft Local Law – Battery Energy Storage Systems
• Proposed Draft Town of Westerlo Comprehensive Plan revision

The Public Hearing will be followed by a Special Town Board meeting for the purpose of discussing any business before the Town Board.

Please attend in person, meeting will not be held via Zoom. CDC guidelines will apply.
