PUBLIC HEARING/ LEGAL NOTICE

     PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, the Town of Westerlo Planning Board will hold a special meeting on Thursday, January 18, 2024, at 7 pm due to the cancellation of the regularly scheduled meeting of January 9, 2024. The purpose of the meeting is to continue the public hearing from December 12, 2023, regarding the Minor Subdivision for Pecylak SD-23-5. The applicant is seeking a Minor Subdivision for a 3-acre lot and a 36-acre lot. SBL# 162.-2-12, located on CR 405 Westerlo. The meeting will be held at the Richard Rapp Municipal Building (Town Hall) located at 933 CR 401 in Westerlo.
