PUBLIC HEARING/ LEGAL NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, the Town of Westerlo Planning Board will be holding a Public Hearing on Tuesday June 11, 2024 at 7 pm. The Public Hearing is for a Special Use Permit. SUP-24-1 (Boosted Coatings LLC) a permit for a commercial use in the RD/A zone as per zoning Article 8 section 8.40 (3) c. The Commercial use will be located in a preexisting building located in the Old Shepards Resort Complex at 6844 SR 32 Greenville, NY. SBL # 176.-1-14.1 The Public Hearing will be held at the Richard Rapp Municipal Building (Town Hall) located at 933 CR 401 in Westerlo.
