Please take notice, the Town of Westerlo Town Board adopted Local Law No 1 of 2024 titled “Changing Grievance Day” at the Town Board meeting held on April 16, 2024, which is pursuant to NYS Real Property Tax Law section 512. The purpose of this law was to change grievance day from the regularly scheduled 4th Tuesday of May to the first Wednesday following the 4th Tuesday of May. Grievance day will be held this year on May 29th from 4 pm – 8 pm at the Richard Rapp Municipal Building (Town Hall) located at 933 CR 401, Westerlo, NY 12193. Grievance form RP-524 and the instructions (RP-524-ins) can be accessed on the Assessor’s page of the Town’s website www.TownOfWesterloNY.com.
