As the Chief Executive of the Town of Westerio, l, William F. Bichteman Jr., in
accordance with the Declaration of LocaI State of Emergency issued on March 16,
2020, and under authority given me under Section 24 of the New York State Executive Law, hereby ORDERS as follows:
In cooperation with the Westerlo Library Director, i am directing the Westerio
Library be closed. I further direct the Westerlo Town Hall be closed to the public with exception of the March 17th regularly scheduled Town Board meeting. Additionally, all planning board meetings, zoning board meetings, and all committee meetings are cancelled.
This ORDER is effective immediateiy and shall appIy untii rescinded by the Chief
Executive or by operation of law,
Failure to obey this order is a criminal offense.
