The Town of Westerlo is having another scarecrow contest at the Fall Festival this year! The event takes place on Sept. 16th.
Would your kids or grandkids love to make a scarecrow to be judged at this event? No better way to get into the fall spirit if you ask us!! Judging takes place around 5 pm and a prize will be given!!!
