The Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Westerlo will hold two Public Hearings on Monday, August 24, 2020 starting at 7:00 pm in the Town Hall located at 933 County Route 401, Westerlo, NY. The meeting is open to public attendance in accordance with CDC guidelines.  Zoom information for the meeting can be found on the Town of Westerlo website:

The first public hearing is for Ross Reinhart’s application for an addition to the Shell Inn at 4520 Rte 85 in Westerlo, NY. Tax map number is 126.-2-17.20.  Applicant is requesting setback relief of 63 feet from the required 100 feet from Rte 85.

The second public hearing is for an interpretation variance for Amos Hallenbeck for a parcel at 426 County Rte 1 in Westerlo, NY. Tax map number is 127.-2-14.3.  The applicant was denied a minor subdivision application for lack of road frontage for the new lot being created.
